At Energised Mind Body we believe in giving our clients the tools to understand how to effectively fuel their bodies and achieve optimum health and wellbeing. We do this with customized lifestyle changes, supporting our clients every step of the way.

We do not believe in ‘fad’ diets or taking drugs/shakes to lose weight. This is neither healthy nor sustainable. Instead we focus on teaching our clients to make food choices that will nourish their mind, body and soul. You will begin to have a wonderful relationship with food and see it as nourishment instead of a constant fight.

Our team has tried and tested all of our recommendations. Our team member and “nutrition guru” Lauren has been educating herself in nutrition for the past 10 years as she suffered with her weight, skin conditions, body image and sleep issues. She has found freedom from these symptoms and has found her bodies happy balance.

Our team understands that everyone is unique. We do not believe that one “diet” is going to fit everyone. We work hard to find out what works for you and teach you to listen to the signs your body is giving you and not mask them with pharmaceuticals or food addictions.
